It looks like there was a collapse here recently, the view coming into NB from Fairhaven on Coggeshall (Howland Rd) has changed.
I think that whole section has been that way for a while. They flattened the second floor and up on that side after the fire due to the structural instability. A huge pile of red bricks can be found on the opposite side from the leveling.
I wonder what it is that changed in my view as I enter NB every day. Maybe a tree came down over there somewhere?
